Hey Cougars! If you clicked on this article you’re probably wondering either what your voice range is or what a voice range is. First, what is a voice range? For girls a voice range can be: Soprano (Highest notes – The typical soprano voice lies between C4 and C6.), Mezzo-Soprano (In-between notes – The typical range of this voice is between A3 and A5), or Alto (Lowest notes – The typical alto range lies between F3 to F5). I am a Soprano (I’m not surprised). Boys voice ranges include: Tenor (Highest male voice range – Typically comfortable between C3 to C5), Baritone (Middle voice range – The typical baritone range is from A2 to A4 and might extend down to F2 or up to C5), and Bass (Lowest range – Typically lies between E2 to E4 but can get up to C2 to G4). These numbers and letters are notes.

I hope you learned your voice range but if you didn’t you should ask a professional (I’m not, so yeah). This is my last article of the year. I hope you have a great summer, and Stay Fresh Cougars! https://www.musicnotes.com/now/tips/determine-vocal-range/
