The Evolution of iPhones

There have been lots of iPhones throughout the years. The first iPhone is the 1 known as the iPhone 2G. It was first released on June 29, 2007. There were 6.1 Million units sold. It was discontinued on July 15, 2008. The second iPhone made was the iPhone three known as the iPhone 3G.  it was introduced on June 9, 2008. There were 20 million units sold. It was discontinued on June 7, 2010. The third iPhone released was the iPhone 4. It was made on June 24, 2010 right after the iPhone 3 was discontinued. 27.4 million units were sold. The fourth iPhone made was the iPhone 5. It was released on September 20, 2013. It was discontinued on September 10, 2014. There were 70 million units sold. The fifth iPhone was the iPhone six which was released on September 19, 2014 it was discontinued on September 7, 2016. 71.5 units were sold. The sixth iPhone sold was the iPhone 7. It was made on September 16, 2016 it was discontinued on September 10, 2019. 1.16 billion units were sold. The seventh iPhone was the iPhone eight. The iPhone eight was released on September 22, 2017 they were discontinued on April 15, 2020. 1.16 billion units were sold. The ninth iPhone sold was the iPhone ten known as the iPhone x.  was released on November 3, 2017 it was discontinued on September 12, 2017. 16 million units were sold. The tenth iPhone sold was the iPhone 11. It was released on September 20, 2019 it will be discontinued on the last quarter of 2020.  The eleventh iPhone that going to sell is the iPhone 12 you can pre order it but the date that its going to be released is not out yet. From the iPhone six and up there have all been updates for the phone such as the pluses, SE, and the pros have all been a few of the updates that you can put on these phones.
