one at Gulliver on October 4. Coach Pablo’s waiting on the places for the competitors, but he says, “Everyone swam to their fullest potential. If I could decide, everyone would have first place.” Since it was Ransom and Gulliver, two very prestigious teams, the team worked hard. Some Cushman competitors at Ransom were: Isabela and Connor Kellett, Julien Morel, Sebastien Guillen, Zachary Schock, Alex Bazail, Ava Tettamanti. The Gulliver meet had these kids, as well as Dylan Hedge. These Cougars swim four days a week, and it pays off. Look at Monica Burgos, a Cushman middle school graduate who went to Ransom for high school, was an all American swimmer, and got a scholarship to swim and attend Harvard University. And there are more. So remember, when you don’t like your classes, homework, etc., there are these people who didn’t let that stop them. So why is it stopping you?
